Hi beautiful people!
My daughter is on Spring Break from her Pre- School, so I decided it’s a great time to do this video on “Healthy Toddler Sweets tested! Which ones does a real Toddler actually like?” It was an actual challenge to shoot with her (she’s 3 years old and doesn’t like to sit still 😂 )
Anyways, we did the best we could and I hope you guys like this video!!
P.S.: All these sweets that we tested are also good for us grown-ups! They are organic, non-GMO, and low in calories!
Organic & Healthy Toddler Sweets
The Amphora Soft Dried Mangos:
Compared to the other sweets we tested, these ones have a lot of sugar (20grams), but all the sugar is natural Mango Sugar. I am a total fan of getting your child accustomed to eating fruit for dessert so I was actually happy that she liked it! Also, her daddy is an addict of dried fruit so maybe it is hereditary that she likes it? 😂
The Elemental Superfood Seedbar
This one contains Mulberry, Cacao and Spirulina! It only has 14 grams of Carbs and 6 grams of Sugar! It sounds so healthy and I was totally hoping that Anastasia would like it! But…unfortunately it wasn’t her thing… I can tell you…I really LOVED it though! It is not too sweet but takes away your cravings! I will eat it all the time now!
Banana Dark Chocolate Bites
They are organic, with 66% cacao and real chewy bananas! They only have 3 grams of added sugar! Obviously, Anastasia LOVED them! So, if you and your toddler are in the mood for Chocolate, this is definitely a healthier way to go!!
Smashmallow Strawberries & Cream
Apparently, my daughter Anastasia is not the biggest fan of Marshmallows, but if your Toddler is, these ones are a healthy replacement for real Marshmallows! They have the lowest calories per serving (80 gram) and have non-GMO ingredients! The only little downside: They include 15 grams of added sugar! Still, much better than real Marshmallows!
Stacey & MOM Burdock Root CHIPS
These are actually not sweets but I have been dying to try them, because they look like a great snack for Toddlers! They have less than 1 gram of Sugar, and are soy and nut free! I was instantly addicted to them! It wasn’t love at first sight for Anastasia, but she still picked them as the Winner at the End! They are a healthy chips alternative and I actually finished the whole bag in one day!
